Autumn

The summer is almost over. The cool days of autumn will soon be upon us. The cool, crisp smells and the wonderful changes of color. Essential oils help with changes of the weather. Must haves are RC essential oil, Thieves cough drops, Thieves essential oil. Many of our essential oils help your immunity to keep your system strong.

Through out this season, diffuse,diffuse and diffuse some more. I diffuse Thieves essential oil in almost every room and I love the Christmas like smell.There are so many different diffusing blends, see previous post. So experiment with different oils and find the one you like
